The Vitech Equitrak HelpDesk provides clients with toll-free, live assistance during all periods of warranty maintenance. The help desk provides first level support for all operational problems and product usage questions, including access to programmers, database administrators, hardware technicians and product experts. Vitech has staff dedicated to help desk/support activities at our New York headquarters office and abroad.
