  • Correction of system bugs
  • Access to V3 Client Portal, including our online knowledge database
  • Receipt of all V3 upgrades provided to all V3 customers under a maintenance agreement free of charge
  • Installation of all upgrades received free of charge
  • Remote database tuning quarterly
  • Installation of applicable Oracle patches and upgrades
