State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio Goes Live on V3 Benefits Administration System
January 13, 2010 (New York) – Vitech Systems Group, Inc., a leading provider of software to public pension systems, announced today that it has just completed a major V3 Benefit System implementation for the State Teachers Retirements System of Ohio (STRS Ohio). V3 was implemented for STRS Ohio as a replacement to their legacy contributions, pension, disbursement and customer service systems.
STRS Ohio is one of the nation’s premier retirement systems, serving over 450,000 active, inactive and retired Ohio public educators. The V3 Benefits System is now used by STRS Ohio to maintain participant demographics, bill and collect employer contributions, administer pension benefits, and process health benefit enrollments. STRS Ohio also uses V3's customer service, workflow, and extensive reporting capabilities.
