Alice Rischert oversees Vitech’s Data Management practice across all customer implementations. With over 25 years of experience in data migration/conversion, she regularly leads large-scale and complex data efforts for organizations undergoing ambitious business transformation initiatives. Her expertise in data conversion challenges enables her to recognize legacy data issues in early stages of customer engagement to ensure proper mitigation. A highly regarded Oracle SQL subject matter expert, Alice has authored several books on the subject.
