Shaping the Future Together at Vitech’s Insurance Client Summit

In early June, Vitech hosted an immersive three-day Insurance Client Summit, combining our Client Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and User Group sessions. This event provided a valuable platform for our customers to directly engage with Vitech’s leadership team, product experts, and peers across industries.

The Summit aligned with Vitech’s vision to future-proof our clients’ administration systems with a next-generation platform and foster deeper engagement with our valued clients through our enhanced Customer Care model. Our cloud technology partner, Amazon Web Services, graciously hosted us for this meeting, which served to further deepen our relationship.

During the Summit, I had the privilege of interacting with senior executives from leading organizations. We discussed Vitech’s strategic roadmap, shared perspectives on current industry trends, and explored both opportunities and challenges facing the market. This direct feedback from our customers on their key needs, challenges, and business drivers is invaluable in shaping the future of our V3locity platform.

The Summit also fostered an open dialogue among our customers, allowing them to share best practices, provide critical feedback, and ensure our product enhancements accurately reflect their evolving needs and business challenges. This collaborative approach is crucial for delivering solutions tailored to their requirements.
