VitechQ
VitechQ is a cutting-edge Generative AI chatbot designed to help our SI partners familiarize themselves with V3locity. VitechQ features JARVIS, an AI assistant powered by AWS Bedrock Large Language Models and supported by a PostgreSQL database, to provide information specific to Vitech and V3locity and enhance the onboarding and training experience.
Personas
VitechQ offers specialized assistance through three distinct personas. Each persona is designed to address the specific needs and challenges associated with their roles.
Developer
This persona has a comprehensive understanding of V3locity’s data model, including indirect references, datasheets, and benefit parameters. It is also aware of over 10,000 available product database APIs. Additionally, it can track changes in data models and database APIs between product releases. All development best practices for both database and Java are also accessible to this persona.
QA
The QA persona is equipped with a thorough understanding of Vitech’s System Automation Testing Strategy. This persona is well-versed in the application performance testing domain, with a solid grasp of its definitions and standards. Additionally, it is proficient in Agile testing strategy, enabling it to contribute to high-quality, efficient testing processes within an Agile framework.
To access VitechQ, authentication via Azure Active Directory (AD) is required. Once authenticated, you can enjoy personalized interactions with our chatbot interface, switch between personas without losing context, and engage in productive conversations.
