David Burns is the CEO of Vitech, leveraging a wealth of experience and expertise to spearhead the company’s evolution. Before this role, he worked as President and Chief Delivery Officer, using his deep knowledge of the industry to ensure the seamless deployment of cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

Prior to joining Vitech, David led InsuranceNow Professional Services at Guidewire Software and was the Chief Information Officer at The Hartford.

David is an alumnus of Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Complementing his academic foundation, he holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, underpinning his commitment to excellence and driving successful project outcomes.

Bryce Ashcraft is the Head of People at Vitech, leveraging extensive expertise in human resources and strategic management to drive organizational excellence. With a steadfast commitment to enhancing HR practices, Bryce has transformed departments to foster high-performance cultures and maximize employee engagement.

Previously, Bryce served as Vice President Global Human Resources at SonicWall for over 5 years, where he led HR initiatives across global operations. Prior to that, he held senior HR roles at Goldman Sachs and Life Technologies, focusing on talent management, compensation planning, and merger integration strategies. Bryce holds an MBA in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education, and earned a HR Director Certificate from Cornell University.

Bryce’s career is marked by his ability to foster collaborative relationships and navigate complex organizational challenges, ensuring Vitech’s continued success.

Brad is General Counsel for Vitech where he leads the company’s legal department and is responsible for managing contractual negotiations and relationships, intellectual property, corporate governance and data privacy. As General Counsel, Brad also provides strategic legal counsel to Vitech’s executive management.

Prior to joining Vitech, Brad served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SaaS software provider Amber Road, and prior to that, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for communications provider MDU Communications International. Brad also served as Partner at the law firm Shughart Thomson & Kilroy (now Polsinelli).

Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Iowa and received his J.D. from Drake University.

Robert Hopps serves as Vitech’s Chief Information Officer, where he oversees both the company’s IT infrastructure and information security program. Rob leads Vitech’s efforts to drive innovation through technology, ensuring seamless system integration, cloud migration, and data security while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to foster operational efficiency and growth.

With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, technology risk management, regulatory compliance, and cloud security operations across the insurance, banking, and cloud-native FinTech sectors, Rob brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a proud Marine Corps veteran.

Bob Kerris serves as Chief Financial Officer at Vitech, bringing three decades of expertise in financial leadership and a proven track record of scaling rapidly growing businesses.

Bob’s career spans key roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Ebix and DEKRA North America, Chief Accounting Officer at SailPoint, Corporate Controller roles at Interland and AT&T Local Services, and consultancy positions at Boxlight and Planview, where he led financial transformations and integrations for high-growth companies. His deep expertise in financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise financial systems positions him as a key player in addressing complex business challenges.

Bob’s leadership focuses on optimizing financial operations, enhancing profitability, and fostering scalable business processes. By cultivating high-performing financial teams and implementing best practices, Bob advances Vitech’s mission to deliver transformative value to its clients.

Ali serves as Chief Product Development Officer driving Vitech’s product strategy and vision, product software engineering, service engineering, and cloud development operations. Ali possesses over 26 years of experience in enterprise software and a proven track record of technological transformations of on-premises software to cloud-native deployments.

Prior to joining Vitech, Ali served as the Chief Product Officer for Guidewire Software and was also formerly the Global Head of Products at Serena Software. Prior to these roles, Ali co-founded two SaaS startups, Apptero and Avinon.

Ali is a past recipient of ComputerWorld Premier 100 IT Leaders and Premier 20 Innovation awards. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Aruna serves as the India General Manager at Vitech. In this role, Aruna builds upon her deep technology consulting experience and insurance industry knowledge to drive strategic transformation initiatives by leveraging the talent pool in India. She also leads the India Offshore Delivery Services and is focused on driving global cross-functional collaboration for client value creation.

Prior to joining Vitech, Aruna led the Global Life Insurance Practice and the APAC Insurance business for Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. She has also held various leadership roles with Majesco and other software organizations. Additionally, she has led several engagements as an Industry & CXO advisor for Fortune 500 insurance clients on IT & business strategy and transformation, including complex M&A transactions.

Aruna holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and is a certified ALMI(LOMA), AINS (The Institutes),CFA(CII,UK) SAFe Agilist and SAFe PO/PM. She is a thought leader with many publications to her credit and speaks at industry forums and events.

Dawn Mueller is the Head of Marketing at Vitech, where she leverages her extensive expertise to drive successful marketing initiatives across diverse sectors. She excels in implementing innovative marketing strategies, cultivating valuable relationships, and delivering growth solutions. With expertise in go-to-market and business initiatives, Dawn focuses on optimizing return on investment and has a deep passion for technology solutions that disrupt markets.

Dawn has held leadership positions at globally renowned companies including IBM, Wolters Kluwer, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young, where she gained extensive experience in global marketing and communications within the SaaS, technology, and professional services industries.

Beyond her corporate role, Dawn is an adjunct professor of marketing at Fairleigh Dickinson University, dedicated to nurturing future marketing leaders. She holds a Doctorate in Marketing and Management from Pace University, an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a BA in Communication from Seton Hall University.

Sandia Ren serves as Vitech’s Chief Delivery Officer. Prior to this role, Sandia served as Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for Vitech’s transformation initiatives and driving growth and change.

Prior to joining Vitech, Sandia was Vice President of Cloud Transformations at Guidewire Software and served many other roles during her 18 years there. Prior to that, she was a Software Engineer at Kana.

Sandia holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bob Thrall serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Vitech, bringing three decades of experience in delivering innovative solutions and driving transformative growth in the insurance industry.

Over the course of his career, Bob has held key leadership roles, including Group Vice President at Guidewire Software and Managing Director, Head of Insurance Sales at RMS. In these positions, he led large-scale sales initiatives and cultivated lasting client relationships. His expertise spans SaaS, knowledge management, enterprise software, and business intelligence, equipping him to tackle complex industry challenges effectively.

At Vitech, Bob applies his strategic leadership to position the company’s products for strong market adoption. By aligning solutions with client needs, he helps insurance organizations streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and pursue sustainable growth.
