Before his current role, he served as Senior Operating Managing Partner at CVC Growth Capital. Previously, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Savvis Inc. and President of the Enterprise Markets Group at CenturyLink Technology Solutions, a global leader in cloud and managed solutions.

Bob Thrall serves as the Chief Sales Officer at Vitech, bringing three decades of experience in delivering innovative solutions and driving transformative growth in the insurance industry.

Over the course of his career, Bob has held key leadership roles, including Group Vice President at Guidewire Software and Managing Director, Head of Insurance Sales at RMS. In these positions, he led large-scale sales initiatives and cultivated lasting client relationships. His expertise spans SaaS, knowledge management, enterprise software, and business intelligence, equipping him to tackle complex industry challenges effectively.

At Vitech, Bob applies his strategic leadership to position the company’s products for strong market adoption. By aligning solutions with client needs, he helps insurance organizations streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and pursue sustainable growth. Through fostering a high-performing sales team and cultivating trusted partnerships, Bob advances Vitech’s commitment to delivering transformative value to the insurance industry.

Robert Hopps serves as Vitech’s Chief Information Officer, where he oversees both the company’s IT infrastructure and information security program. Rob leads Vitech’s efforts to drive innovation through technology, ensuring seamless system integration, cloud migration, and data security while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to foster operational efficiency and growth.

With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, technology risk management, regulatory compliance, and cloud security operations across the insurance, banking, and cloud-native FinTech sectors, Rob brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a proud Marine Corps veteran.

Chief People Officer

Bryce Ashcraft is the Chief People Officer at Vitech, leveraging extensive expertise in human resources and strategic management to drive organizational excellence. With a steadfast commitment to enhancing HR practices, Bryce has transformed departments to foster high-performance cultures and maximize employee engagement.

Previously, Bryce served as Vice President Global Human Resources at SonicWall for over 5 years, where he led HR initiatives across global operations. Prior to that, he held senior HR roles at Goldman Sachs and Life Technologies, focusing on talent management, compensation planning, and merger integration strategies. Bryce holds an MBA in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education, and earned a HR Director Certificate from Cornell University.

Bryce’s career is marked by his ability to foster collaborative relationships and navigate complex organizational challenges, ensuring Vitech’s continued success.

Ben Binford is Vitech’s Executive Vice President of Engineering and a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of industry experience—20 of which have been dedicated to advancing innovation at Vitech. In his previous role as Vice President of Product Engineering, Ben played a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of Vitech’s solutions across the insurance, retirement, and alternative investment sectors. 

An innovative technologist, Ben is known for turning complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions that drive business value. He has led the successful execution of large-scale engineering initiatives, consistently delivering innovation, reliability, and performance in product development. 

Ben’s leadership blends deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to building teams, optimizing architectures, and accelerating delivery. His enduring commitment to excellence continues to elevate Vitech’s engineering capabilities and supports the company’s mission to deliver transformative technology to its clients. 

Mary Davis

Executive Vice President of Product

Mary Davis serves as Vitech’s Executive Vice President of Product, where she leads the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for V3locity, Vitech’s cloud-native administration, engagement, and analytics platform. With over a decade of hands-on experience in V3locity design and configuration, Mary brings deep product expertise and domain knowledge that directly translate into innovative solutions for the group insurance and pension markets. 

Since joining Vitech, Mary has been instrumental in the company’s expansion into the group benefits space and in establishing the foundation of the product management organization. Her unique combination of technical acumen and business insight—shaped by experience in sales engineering, implementation delivery, and product strategy—enables her to bridge customer needs with market-driven product development. 

Mary is known for her curiosity, precision, and relentless focus on delivering customer value. She is an expert in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and requirements analysis, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Hope Nawada serves as Vitech’s Executive Vice President of Delivery, with over 25 years of leadership in technology, solution delivery, and client success. Since joining Vitech in 2003, she has played a critical role in shaping the company’s global delivery strategy, product development efforts, and client engagement approach. 

Hope is known for transforming complex delivery operations into scalable, results-driven engines that boost revenue, streamline operations, and enhance customer impact. Her career spans enterprise transformation, sales enablement, and high-value client partnerships—consistently delivering strategic growth and measurable results. 

Recognized as a visionary leader and trusted executive partner, Hope excels in building high-performing teams, navigating large-scale change, and driving sustained value across industries. 

Hope holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree from Lehigh University and resides in New York City.  

Bradley Holmstrom

Bradley Holmstrom

General Counsel

Brad is General Counsel for Vitech where he leads the company’s legal department and is responsible for managing contractual negotiations and relationships, intellectual property, corporate governance and data privacy. As General Counsel, Brad also provides strategic legal counsel to Vitech’s executive management.

Prior to joining Vitech, Brad served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SaaS software provider Amber Road, and prior to that, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for communications provider MDU Communications International. Brad also served as Partner at the law firm Shughart Thomson & Kilroy (now Polsinelli).

Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Iowa and received his J.D. from Drake University.
